Behind the scenes, we install the application in our test environment and check every place it appears: Add/Remove Programs entries, shortcuts, the installation directory and the vendor’s website. Then our automation flows decide which logo is correct for that application, so your users can recognise the app they need faster in Company Portal.

We combine each vendor’s own sources with large language models to find the right description for every app. It’s stored in Master Packager Blueprints, so it’s ready instantly, with no manual searching and no need to run your own LLM or AI agent.
