Add ability to upgrade PSADT 4.x packages to latest supported version in Master Wrapper. MPDEV-2386
- You can now upgrade your PSADT projects and templates to the latest PSADT version supported in the Master Packager Suite. We only support upgrades from PSADT 4.0 and later versions.

- Master Wrapper now supports the same detection methods as Microsoft Intune - MSI, Registry, File and Script. This allows packagers to create the correct detection method during the packaging phase, ensuring that all detection data is in place when uploading to Microsoft Intune.

- We have removed the PSADT v3 template from Master Wrapper because it is out of support. It’s time to upgrade to PSADT v4. Master Wrapper still allows you to open and edit existing PSADT v3 packages.

- We send anonymous package telemetry (such as name, version, and manufacturer metadata) to understand how we can improve our tools and help you package applications faster. You can disable this telemetry at any time via an MSI property.
