Master Packager Toolbox

Master Packager Toolbox is an application that includes a variety of tools to assist with day-to-day packaging tasks. It is part of the Master Packager Pro edition and is designed to help packaging professionals understand what’s really installed on a system and upload to Microsoft Intune far more efficiently.

The Toolbox helps solve common packaging challenges, including:

• Identifying all applications present on a system.
• Determining the installation sequence for applications.
• Finding product codes or specifications for apps.
• Detecting if an EXE installer contains an MSI inside, and locating that MSI.
• Extracting app logos (PNG) for use with Intune.
• Generating PSAppDeployToolkit uninstall command lines for MSI, EXE, and MSIX apps.
• Accessing packaging “recipes” for specific applications.
• Verifying whether a package uninstalled all the apps it installed.
